Bill,

Think it's unlikely. Leaving aside their use between the wars by TA units cloth titles were a wartime innovation. The Dress of RMC gentleman cadets was officer-style service dress on which cloth titles of any type rarely appeared at that time.

The wartime RMC was an Officer Training unit and neither staff nor pupils would have worn titles.

After the war the cadets at what was now the Royal Military Academy wore battle dress for which a title was adopted.
