Thanks for the picture. That is the badge worn by the junior cadets in 1937. I know that some schools had a cadet corps for the younger boys that fed into the Junior Division OTC. This certainly seems to have been one of these. It's possible that it was worn by the whole contingent at some time especially as it had a cadet corps pre-1908.
