Special Service Companies
I have the following note on Special Service companies.
Special Service Coys 1917-20
Thirteen companies formed from B & C medical categories-
to guard railways,prisoners of war,large dumps & supply depots.
Reading between the lines they must have served overseas, but I don't know for sure.
