New Zealand didn't wear cloth formation signs like the example illustrated at the start of this thread but did use vehicle formation signs, with three formations using the Kiwi;

A white Kiwi with a black background was used as the formation sign for the 6th NZ Division in 1942, which was a fictional division created out of the NZ Base units in Egypt as part of the deception scheme Operation Cascade

A white Kiwi with a black background was the formation sign of the 3rd New Zealand Division that served in the Pacific 1943-44.

A Black Kiwi with a white background was adopted by the 2nd New Zealand Expeditionary Force in the Pacific units (2NZEF-IP) in New Caledonia 1943-44
