There are a number of county cadet badges of which some are shown here:

It seems possible that some were pre WW1 for the local cadet units before they affiliated to, adopted the badges worn by, their local TF.
Others, probably most, may be 1930-32 period where county cadets were forbidden to wear Regular or TF badges and buttons.
