I'm visually-interpreting that badge as being
425 Sqn RCAF (which doesn't make sense in terms of airframe types: Blackhawk versus CF-18 Hornets)
But: the apparent shape within the badge
does (to me) resonate with 425's bird design...the concave bird wing-sweep, its white breast, and the dark low tail)
(the clue for me was that the crest
looks very RCAF-style, in my opinion- the sharp scroll transition suggests this)
