The last two badges, I believe to be restrikes and, to be fair, were sold with this potential being the case.
They were, though, both as cheap as chips so there's no material loss associated with them if they are.
The Highland Cyclists badge is coated with a brown coating that's starting to wear away and the 4th Perthshire has something odd going on around the bottom of the scroll.
