I regret that that was never revealed by the man who had bought (?) the sample board, but it was in Belfast. Given the variety of items on (and previously on, but removed from) the board it must have been a well known firm with a long-running War Office contract. I'll try and narrow the field a bit. Post Warden may have ideas?
