I haven't seen anything like it in bullion. If it was a wing for normal wear, ie not bullion, I'd say the wing had the look of a locally made, India / Burma / Malaya wing.
The material certainly looks to have a nice aged look so I think you have a nice original wing from the 40's or 50's.
