It does seem odd that this unofficial and unauthorised badge seems to have been so widely worn and produced in so many different styles? I havecthe SLO and the LSO variations. I've now seen pictures of them being worn on the upper right arm, does that mean 'Instructor', and the lower left arm, does that mean 'Trained Operator'?
