When I originally read this thread, I vaguely recalled seeing something about printed versions and have finally tracked it down. Better late than never
'When Dragons Flew' Appendix 8 (Insignia) states that a printed version, for the Border Regiment at least, was also produced. Is the book therefore incorrect?
