Hi, it seems to be an officers collar badge worn only on the mess dress. Hot weather dress from 1937 to 50 and cold weather dress from 1925 until 46.
They were not facing pairs but the same. Can be found in Silver, Silver plate or white metal.
A small version was also worn on the Kilmarnock cap (the pill box) by VCO gurkha officers.
Sizes OCB. 19mm X 22mm, 21mm X 22mm and 26mm X 26mm.
The Kilmarnock badge for VCO gurkha officers was the same design as the OCB and is found in Silver plate on WM, sizes found, 26mm X 28mm, 20mm X 21mm and 19mm X 21mm.
From your picture I'd say its OCB.
