Martin began producing catalogues in the late-1980s when he was based in Whaley Bridge near Stockport before moving to Weymouth, Dorset sometime later. Many of the ‘new’ fake dies he used had been extant since the 1970s fake flood so some of these badges have 50 years worth of patina.
