Question Women's Section Badges

Four organisations were involved in the "founding" of the British Legion but I was not aware until now that the "Women's Section of the Comrades of the Great War" were instrumental in the forming of the "Women's Section of the British Legion"

A booklet produced by the WS last year states that they :
Quote:
agree to form the nucleus of the Women's Auxiliary Section of the British Legion.
This made me wonder what badge they initially wore ?

I have a "Women's Section of the Comrades of the Great War" badge which they would have worn and a "British Legion Women's Section badge" (Regd. Design number from 1922) but was there another badge inbetween ?

There is a "Women's Auxilliary - Comrades of the Great War" badge (which I don't have ) but don't know if this was a completely different group or a very short term (less than 1 year) badge to fill the gap.

Any opinions/suggestions welcome !
