The T.S.C. may be the initials of a Junior Division O.T.C. that the bayonet was re-issued to: T.S. College? Tonbridge School Cadets?
T.S.C. is not mentioned amongst the bayonet markings section of Howard Williamson's, The Collector and Researchers guide to the Great War. Vol II. Small Arms, Munitions, Militaria.
