I would imagine that you're aware that a pair of wings of different silhouette have been removed, none too carefully, damage being caused to the garment in the process, suggesting that it was'nt going to be worn again?
Or is the thinking that an ex serviceman has at some point removed the wings and reapplied a pair when re-entering service?
