I believe Q68 indicates it was made by Quist and 68 is the size. A double decal, if original, would suggest an early Wehrmacht helmet, as decals were eventually discontinued. The rolled flange is found on both M35 and M40 helmets (but not M42). I can't see the air vent to determine if a 35 or 40.
I'm not very knowledgeable so hopefully someone more experienced will chip in.
