There are variants of this badge - I have seen, the standard pattern, a loosely chain stitched pattern and one in white rather than the light blue colour. I am sorry to say that the one you illustrate looks a bad one. The back looks a bit suspect as well as the front. They are out there though, and hoping you find one.
