It is not as easy as is suggested. Normal electricians solder is not very effective, you need a particular type. In addition the heat needs to be a particular level. There are also issues in connection with the type of metals to be joined. If you are not careful you could damage the badge or even destroy it. I would suggest an epoxy resin or similar. Far better to be safe than sorry.
