You would need to find a sealed pattern card to see which makers it was sent to or go to Kew and see if there are any records of the order. There may have been a number of makers and other people wore the design as well.
As it's pre WW2, the major badge makers did not usually mark their badges when they were ordered by the Army Clothing Department itself.
