Default Coloured backings on Indian Army pips, WWII?
Greetings,

Some time ago I found a webpage detailing the coloured cloth backings on officers' pips in India during the Second World War. And blast! I lost the link and cannot find it.

Any information very much appreciated. Did they follow the British Army patterns? Anyone have examples?
