I would say Royal Ulster Rifles, but this looks more like an Officers beret badge? Why use a badge like this on the Arm?
Officers Mess-Dress no headress so this badge on a sleave so can be identified, ? I get this but did this happen? Probably I guess, look forward to the next few posts as will learn something.
