Can you provide measurements of the crossed swords badge? This is an APTC Officer's and Warrant Officer's Beret Badge with QC. It is a largish badge and measures 50mm wide across the sword hilts. Your KC version could be an earlier version? The Swordsman badge would be more like 70mm across the hilts.
Of course the APTC badge is based on the "Swordsman" badge!
