There are a number of British Military Cemeteries in Germany which post date WW2 and are 'owned' by the Ministry of Defence. They are distinct from, but sometimes adjacent to, Commonwealth War Grave Cemeteries and in most cases maintained by the CWGC.
The burials in British Military Cemeteries include British military personnel and dependents.
The MSO were based in most BAOR garrisons so it is possible that there are some MSO graves in British Military Cemeteries.
