Mike, the one you show in your is definitely a fake. I have never seen an American or British made American patch with that backing.
Jim, the two you show look good and the second one looks British made. I would be very careful and buy from only a reputable dealer because there are so many fakes of American airborne patches, especially after SPR and BoB. If you get one be sure to have the option to return it and once you have it in hand do a black light test. An original should not glow, while fakes usually do glow due to synthetic threads. You can also maybe do a burn test, but the black light is just easier.
