RNVR arm badge?
Hi,
keeping scanning these albums, I came across this pic of the same sailor (same period, early in ww2) wearing the same cap tally, plus on his left forearm what might well be a badge with "RNVR" (a bit blurry on orginal pic, sorry).
Would you please confirm the diagnostic & share a few information about the conditions for wearing this badge on the uniform, once drafted?
