Wasn't PayPal owned by Ebay until fairly recently ? As a seller, I DETEST the new and improved "Managed Payments" system. I used to enjoy building up a good sum of money in PayPal and withdrawing it to the bank when I chose to do so. Now Ebay process the payments and pay small sums when they decide to - these payments usually take several days from the sale of the item and will mean (frequently) that the buyer will have the item before the seller receives the payment. Seems like (yet another) erosion of sellers rights (I still find it unbelievable that a buyer cannot leave negative feedback against a non paying timewasting bidder !)
