Hi guys, your problem Jim is that you moved slightly forward when you took your photo. A tripod would help and better lighting but basically the easiest thing to do is to set your camera to the macro setting - the flower icon on the top dial.
Next, body position is important. Try placing the frame on the floor and add light while using your body as a tripod. Like shooting a rifle, breath, hold and press the button. You can't anticipate the shot as you will move and blur the image. I guess here is where I admit that I'm also a camera geek
