His badges do look dodgy, the cards don't look like any I've ever seen, I've seen a few attached to red cross badges etc. and all seem the same as KLR's..... as has been said interesting to see if many more suddenly emerge....
I'm not up on tankie stuff, but the card sure looks interesting.....:
