Keith, I would suggest that you try to do the repair yourself, not too difficult or expensive. As long as the badge itself is original, replacement lugs do not
concern me, but I know many Forum members would disagree. If you find a really rare badge without lugs you don't have much choice.
It is beyond my ability to replace a slider and after many years I am well into my second packet of 1000 copper lugs. When I first started, I practiced on junk badges and at first used far too much solder, until over time I was able to do a better job. Attached scan shows too much solder and the right amount.
The right sized copper lugs are readily available and cheap from "Findings" if you buy them in quantity. Then you need a small gas torch, long nose pliers, solder wire, and acid flux with an old ceramic tile. Never used a soldering iron as others probably do.
I would not dare to try to repair other peoples' badges in case I ruined them.
