The Corporal on the right appears to be a member of The Inniskillings (6th Dragoons). He appears to be wearing the INNISKILLING shoulder title (Westlake 98) which was introduced in 1920. I would have expected him to be wearing Great War medal ribbons in a 1920s photograph. He is also wearing a scout badge.
