I would be of the opinion that they were not, Foot Guards did not get their uniform back immediately after the war, but, I suppose it would all come down to datable photographic evidence of Greatcoat Order actually being worn, I discussed this with a former Queens Company Grenadier, who served from 1947, he had never seen the valise badges in use.
