I'm not saying he is a WM either, but to wear the ribbons isn't actually a crime is it ? If he has mental health issues, then you should just leave him be, IMO.
It is very feasible for him to acquire these medals, just look at how many there are.

It might help you to distinguish what medal ribbons he is wearing.

If he actually has earned these medals for his service, what happens next ?
Sometimes trying to out a WM can backfire and leave you with egg on your face. Just be careful with what you are planning
