There is an image of a 14 year old wearing the captains hat, with what looks like a different badge with the same wavy lines in the middle of it. They have a twitter account/feed which shows similar pictures of a captains hat with the same bade (differing from yours with a large Golden wreath around the outside of it). So maybe its just a quick email to the company with a copy of your image now?
