I had seen the lighting issue but had not thought much of it but now things could make a bit more sense.
Olga died in 1920 and that could be why this photo was produced, she was a nurse initially but then her record shows her as an ambulance driver.
It would also give Nancy more time to qualify for her continuous service stripe.
Marjorie was posted/volunteered the FANY conveys in France at the beginning of 1918 in line with the watch presentation.
Jane was posted/volunteered to the FANY the convoys in France June/July of 1918.
So may be 4 separate photos ????
