Potentially the Australian and Canadian governments may have independently placed orders with Tiptaft before October 1915 but this would require research to confirm or allay.
If memory serves the Gallipoli campaign ended in January 1916 so if the October 1915 order did include Rising Suns that wouldn’t leave much time to get them out there, not impossible but unlikely I’d say.
