Hello CB, in Brian L. Davis' book "British Army Uniforms and Insignia of World War Two", page 80 there is a picture of a member of the Rough Riders(one the left) wearing a collar badge on a coloured patch on a Maroon beret. As to the why this man is wearing a Rough Riders shoulder title,a Maroon beret with the Airborne patch and Airborne strip, in this picture, since they were supposed to be AA artillery, I would like an explanation.
