Peter some units have different coloured titles dependant on the Service Section. For Instance at Worksop College the army section wore Yellow on Navy titles, The RAF wear light blue on gray titles and the Navy Section wear Red on Navy titles.
In the case of the titles that you show, the unit is currently affiliated to The Duke of Lancaster's Regiment - when I worked with them (circa 2005/2006) they were wearing the cap badge of the Royal Artillery which might explain the red and blue colour scheme.
Other than that there really doesn't seem to be any rhyme nor reason to it i'm afraid !
