I’ve just discovered this thread: I don’t collect prison items per se, but have recently started to seriously look at insignia from the British Military Administrations in former Italian colonies in Africa and the Med. To that end top of my ‘wants’ would be Tripolitania Prisons (should such a beast exist - I recently acquired a Cyrenaica Prisons cap badge, so it is possible).
Those that do exist that I am looking for are the BMA Prisons and Eritrea Prison service, viz. these images posted elsewhere by another forum member.
