Steven, I will certainly get back to you re IDing any unknown buttons. I have various drawings done by Denis Darmanin and published some years back, these do include articles from BBS as well as the now defunct IUBCC.
I have also recently acquired two Diamond Fields Horse buttons. I believe the unit only lasted under that name for about 2 years.
