Peaked cap markings

Hello! I have seen these markings in the sweetband of a cap..I also saw these markings in a WWII cap on another forum (warelic)..this denote the cap is wartime or you can also see in postwar period...

The one in the center looks like a lapel pin..the other two have just one lugs, so maybe are buttons, not badges...religious items instead military?
