I once met a Tailor from one of the top London...

I once met a Tailor from one of the top London tailor shops. He dressed Seniors of the Royal Family and got given a crown ?
No idea how true this is, I believed the chap to be genuine.

Does the bottom badge shown here not have a crimp mark ? My Gaunt marked one does, and so does an unmarked one i have also.

This thread has confused me. Square ended shoulder titles for the Guards ( all ) were worn during WW1. Rounded ended shoulder titles were worn during WW2 by the Grenadier, Coldstream and Scots...

The second title is made the same as an Irish...

The second title is made the same as an Irish Guards title i have, that is attributed to a bloke that died in WW2.
