Royal Irish Fusiliers had a similar badge - white metal for use by the band, I have one within a Wreath and another with just a w/m RIF flaming ball with Eagle larger than Cap badge.

I Love them!
Some have had the Antlers clipped? maybe one broke and other removed to make it look the same, or just personal preference, none have any Hallmarks but all look stunning!
