Described as “Divisional Medal”. Is it? or what

This came along with a WW1 trio and was described as a “divisional medal”
I’ve searched for anything similar without success. Can someone, or several, identify what it is please ?

Thanks Cribyn for speed and accuracy of response. It's resolved a niggle I've had for a while. I thought it looked like HONORI at the end and suspected a motto in Latin, but still couldn't find it....

Now that I know how it was done I can see the flattening of detail on the inside of the dome where the tapping out was applied.

The 52nd measures 53mm wide by 50mm high, weighs 13.1gms, lugs E & W
