Gilded King's Crown cap badge but what is it ?

I have not been able to find this one anywhere so I would appreciate if anyone is able to identify it. It is a very nice gilded badge made by Dowler. Appears to be a stylised MR in the centre.

Busby badge but unable to identify it

Can anyone help identify this busby badge ? Clearly Artillery but I cannot find which specific unit or service it belongs to. The letters might be EIA so could it be an East India Company Artillery...

Also the black collar patch is not Waffen SS, it is NSKK. Pre 1939 it would have been the rank of NSKK-Mann, post 1939 it was NSKK-Sturmmann.

Attributed to RSM Andy Green of the 1st Grenadier Guards and worn by him in Northern Ireland (Ballykinlar Co Down in 1997).
