It is a US Air Force Air Commando Unit... do not recall the number... they did serve in Vietnam but unsure as to time period on your patch.

Here is an interesting piece that I had not seen before. The front of the badge is self explanatory however the reverse it what really caught my attention. As you can see there are 2 warnings...
