Hello,
Can anyone tell me how many volunteer battalions the Welsh Regiment and the Buffs had 1881- 1902.

I also have concerns with the pinkish substance under the centre badge. Whether it's right or made up of various pieces, I'm not certain, but the plate has certainly had a rough life.

Hello,
I do not claim to be an expert on the subject, but I have never came across this style glengarry in gilt. The officers badge is circular. It could be srnco.

I have several pieces to the 2nd, Liverpool Linnets. Officers shako plate, pouch belt plate, waist belt clasp, and blue cloth helmet plate.
