Royal Lancers patch

Hi, been while since i asked what a badge was. Heres one i found today. i think its a Royal Lancers of some sort can anyone be specific?
Size of patch = 4cm tall
Lettering maybe USA but cant see...

Ive tried Police service but no luck, postal service no luck either, still trying Prison service as this badge was part of grandpas collection and he was a prison officer, he had lots of army badges...

Lancashire Fusiliers collar badges?

Just wondering why these collar badges have the Egypt facing the flames and not horizontally like usual.
I also presume these are Lancashire Officer collar badges.

ropes cords lanyards?

Not sure who these were for or what purpose they were for. i know they are pre 1980s thats about it.
The red and gold rope is 102cm long not including the tassles on the end
The gold cord is 35cm...
