Hart's regiment militia

Trying to identify this badge.
It is 2 inches tall.
It looks like a Hertfordshire militia badge but it's not exactly the same.

Rarely seen 22nd battalion cap badge

This looks like a WW1 badge but with the 22 on it.

On all badges i see on the market are small...

On all badges i see on the market are small numbers on the front of the badge, some on the left and others on the right. Inside the threads of the tank.
