Thank you gents. On the lugs removed badge they are in the same place as mine. Maybe they were used on two types of headress which would explain the removal and on mine the flattening. Phil

Thanks for that Andy, i have a small collection of RS badges and it will fit nicely. I was a bit worried when i first saw the photo as it appeared to be all brass but it came from a badge free home...

Thank you Gents i will leave them as is.I found them on ebay listed under metalwork? saying they were detector finds along with a Nott's and Derby cap and one collar only a tenner, no brainer....
